Do your boys like shopping? My 2 year old certainly doesn’t. That is he didn’t. Until last week.
I happened to have his baby brother’s blanket with us and we decided to make a fort. He sat in that cart the entire time I did the shopping.
Hoping it wasn’t a fluke I brought the blanket again for yesterday’s shopping trip. Again, he sat in the cart the entire time. As long as I call it a fort he’s one happy shopper.
If you try this I’d love to know how your kids like it! Do you have any other tips for making shopping trips more bearable?
We are always looking for ways to make shopping more fun!

Oh boy I’m going to have to try this! Ezra loves forts and tunnels and caves! Maybe it would work! (but where do you put the stuff you are buying? lol)

Well, luckily I didn’t have much to get but I put it under the cart, in the front or, if I need to, I just put stuff in his fort. He loved sitting on a toilet paper chair in the fort
What a cute idea! I guess the only downside is that you have no where to put stuff! It’s always good to have a happy little guy while shopping though.
