Yummi Pouch Review and Giveaway

When I first saw the reusable food pouches from Yummi Pouch I thought they were genius and knew I had to try them. My son loves the applesauce pouches from the store but they are so much more expensive than buying a large jar of applesauce or making my own so the idea of having reusable pouches I could refill was irresistible.IMG_7759

I wasn’t sure how strong the zipper would be but was impressed that it could survive my 2-year-old without leaks. I would definitely recommend a funnel to fill the pouches and be careful not to overfill. I may have made a huge batch with the first pouches. Plus, I love that they are dishwasher and freezer safe.

My son loves using these so much that everyday this week he has asked for “yogurt in a pouch” for breakfast.

They’re even great for my baby. He loves being able to feed himself instead of waiting for me to spoon feed him. One night I just poured a jar of baby food right in the pouch and gave it to him while I finished making dinner for the rest of the family. Win-Win!Yummi Pouch

So far we’ve tried applesauce, yogurt and baby food but I’m excited to try some of the recipes they have featured on their site.

Best of all, these are super affordable – $14.99 for a set of 6. You can buy your Yummi Pouches here or enter below to win a set for yourself.a Rafflecopter giveaway

I received a set of pouches to review but all opinions are my own.

  1. My 10 month old and 2 year old loves applesauce in the squeeze containers…this is such a better solution all around!

  2. I love the idea of these! My son eats one of the fruit pouches a day and we are definitely looking for something more cost-effective.

  3. I want to try these because my LO is also in love with those pouches! and there are so many options you can do if you fill your own! smoothies and maybe even mashed watermelon! lol

  4. I want to try them because they look easy for my son to eat from and they are reusable! I don’t like using those single serving pouches because they are expensive and create a lot of waste.
